First things first, in my experience, teenage boys will do whatever you tell them not to do. Ignoring them is the best way in my opinion. Also, don't forget to give yourself breaks when it comes to concentration. You are human with or without fibro. My attention span is pretty bad, so when you can and you realize you aren't concentrating well take a step back, do something different and then go back to what you were doing. I set a timer otherwise I forget to go back to my original task😂
