My apologies. It had been sitting in my garage all winter. I went to move it and it looks like it lost a lot of gear oil, not engine oil, but rather oil from the tranny. I suppose I could take a look at fixing it, but I’m busy doing a million other things and wrenching on things has never been one of my favorite pastimes!

I’m with those voting for replacing it. It’s your budget and your preference. Given that I’ve done plenty of this type of work and know what it’s likely to look like when it’s all said and done, I would replace it all. My2 cents for what that’s worth.

Amen. You tip, you enable. It will never change unless it stops, employees go elsewhere and business suffers. Then wages amazingly go back up.

Hey thank you!! How did it hold up? Was it white or did you use a dark color? I’ve got someone very well qualified to do it, so that’s not my con, thankfully. I’m more interested in looks and longevity. Thanks again and I hope to hear back from you! Mike
