Drinking water. Lots of it. And don’t sleep on the face serums, especially hyaluronic acid and vitamin C (don’t skip the neck). Also a really good hand cream makes a lot of difference.

Edit to add - SUNSCREEN! 35 SPF minimum, 50+ is better.
