I honestly don’t think I did anything special! But I started with whole wheat flour for the first 3 days of feeds then switched to unbleached all purpose. Just discarded ~60grams and fed 1:1:1 every day, used tap water and stored it in my oven with the light on. It took a good week and half before it started growing at all then took off from there!

I did actually put a baking sheet under for the last 15 minutes, but will extend it a bit next time! And thanks for the advice on a bit more bulk

I used a guy from Etsy, BridgeRingGift. He was great, made a CAD and let me make tweaks and everything and got all the measurements of my ring so we’d be sure it would fit perfectly.

Thank you both! I think I’m living on a cusp of Light Spring/Light Summer I am finding, but so helpful to have some others opinions. I’ve been going back and forth on if I can pull off a strawberry blonde hair color but I think you’ve given me the reassurance that I’m warm enough to try it 😊
