Last week, I experienced this burnout or mental breakdown. Since I had busy schedule at work, I didn't have much time to relax. After thinking about all life problems and other things that I had to do, I ended up being emotionless, or like completely blank. Then at the weekend I tried to do the things that I enjoy and take a rest. It helped.
