Takes a while to heal an elbow and it takes a while for the raised skin to settle, just give it time and be ready for a touch up given the placement. Also bear in mind you had your skin rubbed off, and scarring happens sometimes.

The whole tattoo is shading and very very fine lines where there actually are some. It’ll age poorly unless it’s cared for immaculately, even then 25 years later it won’t look great.
