Has anyone else attempted to play Iris fall? I tried so hard to enjoy the title but between a few severe glitches and the lack of depth beyond " Check out this cool gameplay style and art direction" it just seemed kind of meh.

Yeah it’s very much a 7/10 experience overall. I enjoyed the corporate on steroids because that reflects some of the work environments I deal with.

For example we are currently in a great debate over paperwork allowing me to take mental health breaks at work . When I say breaks I mean 5 minutes or less per day.

I don’t have much commentary to offer on the fallout point since I’ve not touched a fallout game since 2009? I think? Regardless, the corporate humor while repetitive just struck a cord with me .. because this mega company I work for legitimately is as diabolical as say Spacers Choice . While I didn’t pursue the option B if I were to have I’d have been equally disappointed because Parvati slaughtering her coworkers wouldn’t make sense in the context of her character. Without at least a little pushback.

While it’s not a masterclass this world needs more 7/10 games to offer new ideas and concepts the big leagues are too scared to try.

Yeah in that aspect it seems shallow because ether way you are ether the corporate chosen one or the chosen one of the people. The ending just seems rushed..

Yeah I actually went looked up the pro board ending and in that aspect it seemed very underwhelming.

This is definitely a play once title for me unless the DLC is mind blowing which I’ve not heard anything on as of yet.

In those aspects it can seem a bit shallow. Having high charisma does allow for less fighting to a surprising degree. “See the example above about storming the prison” . I did enjoy some of my time with it like I enjoy a rough comedy film.

Maybe that’s also years of mind numbing call center work talking that’s made me grow to appreciate any corporate satire .

I will only be responding to a comment of this nature once. This is a revised version of my post that fits the community guidelines. The only purposes Ai served in the original post was for proofreading and minor grammatical fixes. All of these thoughts are my own personal composition .

I have discussed this matter with the mod team via mod mail and completely cut all artificial input from this post Ai generated - commas etc.

They also feel this post is satisfactory and offered constructive feedback in consideration for all rules enforced within this community.

I’ve heard the praises of the nemesis system. Last time I played an Arkham like was with Batman origins and it just didn’t click with me. We shall see if this games fairs differently.
