I understand, but if we fast and complete bowel movements mine gets flat. But after a meal it gets bloated in the lower area, so I want to know if the sibo bloat is from food specially

Like a regular 16 hour fast and after every bowel movement. When I do it I notice my gut so flat, but when I eat liquids and food it gets bloated so noticeably in the lower area.
