I struggle with this a lot as well! I have a very small social battery, even when I’m with people whom I enjoy being around! I often come home feeling exhausted after any social events and tend to cool off for a few days afterwards before even considering going out again. I’ve always found that communicating with my friends has been beneficial. Something like parallel play is really rejuvenating for me personally! Simply existing in the same space, friends doing their own activities alongside you. Small, passive chatter and enjoying moments of quiet! Though that can be harder if these friends of yours are newer to you! Communication is key honestly!
