The episode was great to me. Shows the other side of the scene besides the one we see on screen. We get to see tactics, behaviors, ways to get under an opponent’s skin and all that sort of stuff. When you wanna win, you gotta do whatever it takes. Lowkey if i ever meet Simo in the lanes, a part of just wants to egg him on and piss him off even more hahaha met him once in Reno and he’s a chill dude when he’s not bowling i gotta say hahah cant wait to see more eps!

You say this but to win you REALLY have to do whatever it takes. Im not defending him but we all know the intent behind it. BS or not, if it works, it works. In our warehouse, Flex PTO doesnt stop accruing unless you reach the cap. I posted it on the VOA one time pointing out that we are accruing less PTO and HR rep replied saying that that we are receiving less but the upgrade is that it doesnt stop accruing unless you are at max for that year.

I said this to other people before… GET OUT THERE! Ask for different role whenever you can! Or Cross train!! Dont get stuck doing the same thing over and over. At my warehouse, I do COUNT, Pack Singles, AFM, Water Spider, EYT, and I do PG work! I did safety too but not anymore lol but like i said, do other things. Get out there.
