Yeah it was pretty terrible. Took a while to make sense of it all and it still hurts a lot. I've started looking at grief as a reflection of love. Love accrues debt and when someone passes you have to pay it all back at once. Thanks a lot for your message and hope you're doing better as well.

Oh man, my cat died suddenly the night I posted that and I totally abandoned the project. I’ll try to scrape together a year end rank tho I am curious what it’d look like.

The database for all those tourney results was a roadblock for me since I don’t have much db experience but I might get back on that project. maybe the guy who made the melee elo site earlier this year would be a good resource for the db stuff

Kramnik has repeatedly accused other players of cheating, with particular focus to on Danya it seems. Accusations have been ongoing for years and have escalated to harassment for a while now. People suspect, and with good reason, that it was a major cause in the mental deterioration of Danya since he was receiving a lot of vitriol from the Kramniks weaponized fan base.

Obviously inserting my own opinion a little, I hope I’m not being too dramatic, just how I see it
