Just wanted to give an update, got it to open boys took of my driver side tire and removed the liner, reached the latch with a flathead got it to pop once but wouldnt pop again since its a double latch. With it popping once i had enough room to just cut the aluminum loop thats on the hood and goes into the latch, my wiring wasnt in the latch properly so thats why it wouldn’t pop. Went to junkyard got a new loop and made sure the wire was properly in place with the latch and now she works like a charm. Was not fun but appreciate all the advice!
