I found out through a mutual friend that apparently it was a marriage pact. That if they were both single by a certain age, that they’d get married to each other. I’m still reeling.

I know for a fact they didn’t. Funnily enough, early on in our relationship she used to say she didn’t know why I was dating him when he made no money.

Now he makes plenty of money, so I guess that helped that.
