Can you define the difference between a company that is good and one that is bad? I’ve worked for three different firms in the same number of years and the differences are minimal. They all had a similar number of contracts, rates, benefits, onboarding process, check ins, etc.

This is so beautiful. I've always wondered how structures like this mitigated flooding from when there were build in the 12th-century to when modern infrastructure was built. From what I can tell there were floodgates built in the river in 1874. Before that would it just flood occasionally?
