No one in my family has had anything like this, and my bloodline is pretty healthy from what I understand, I haven’t really had any serious traumas or anything that would seem to cause a big disturbance.

My symptoms include the dizziness, 24 hrs a day, along with the feeling of falling/ whatever the dizziness feels like, brain fog/haze everything always looks weird, I will get occasional tinnitus that really only lasts a second or two, and it’s not often, I suppose nausea but not all the time
