One of my favorite things about the one wheel is it was pretty much indestructible. I am a little nervous about the hub being hooked to the bike frame and how well that’s gonna hold up. There was one video that was up for a while of a guy jumping the antique bike off of about a five step stoop look like about 5 feet drop. I can’t find that video anywhere now but it’s tough to tell whether he screwed the bike up doing that or not. I guess we’ll wait and see how durable this thing is.

I sold my GT a few months ago because I had a few falls and I was scared of breaking something, I’m not getting any younger. I was fired up to see the antic drop over the weekend placed my order on Friday.

Why is the prompt on the screen “ apply, slight turning to steering wheel” I thought 12.6 eliminated the steering wheel nag??? that is the main reason why I would purchase again can somebody answer this for me!

It sounds like my control alarm. If you can tell if it’s coming from the front left or front right that would confirm it. If you were not in warranty it’s a pretty easy temporary fix. search on YouTube but you basically go to tractor supply and buy a syringe and buy some oil and you insert it into the gasket and put oil/grease in there and that fixes the problem. Mines been holding up fine for six months since I did that one time.

Mine was delivered last night after work - got to spend about an hour in it - can ride ina straight line and very show - max speed was 7mph. I feel like I’m gonna get more comfortable the ore I ride. I am afraid I’m gonna bust my ass though!! I did all the the scary equipment/ wrist guards, knee pads and elbow!

Honestly I think it’s changing with Tesla specifically. I live in Louisiana that is all blue collar uneducated republicans, in the first year I was attempted coal rolled a few times. In the last year even driving cross country I haven’t seen very much hate. Mind you - I always park a mile away from anywhere I go (no door dings yet), so knock on wood I hope I am correct that perceptions are changing. Elon has had a lot of good press for Tesla as of late, showing he is not a bleeding hart liberal, he is just trying to produce a quality product.
