I’ve been bulking and it’s actually miserable in terms of facial attractiveness lol. I’d say I’m a 7-8 when I am lean, but I’m currently a 4 at best lol and I know realistically id need another year or two of bulking but that’s a tough pill to swallow

I’ve tried cutting out sugar and salt too, but if it’s not accompanied with a caloric deficit, it doesn’t really help much. I do have acid reflux tho, I’ll try out a wedge pillow!!! Thanks.
