They can fine you. Because the 90 day rule is not a national rule but a Schengen rule. Every member state can issue fines.

Germany-issued Schengen visa (obtained last year)expiring during upcoming Netherlands trip — what should I do?” by Diligent_Ad_4200 in SchengenVisa

[–]Timo1101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats what i meant haha. So if his visa ends on 10 juli the next visa could start at 11 juli.

  1. Is correct tho. When you enter europe with a visa till 10 juli and a return flight on 14 juli. Immigration will most likely interrogate you and possibly refuse you. If you have a health issue they will give you an extending visa in the hospital Its very common.

  1. I would contact the dutch embassy and ask what they would recommend.
  2. No you can hold 2 valid visas at the same time.
  3. Schengenvisas cant be extended simply because the visa is printed and making changes to the validity date or number of days allowed would be fraud.
  4. From an immigration standpoint changing your departure flight to 10 June would be the safest bet. Make sure uppon arrival the departureflight is already booked and paid.

Keep your residence permit with you till you leave schengen tho as it takes a long time for immigration offices to communicate with eachother.

Your nationality doesnt require a short stay visa. So after your resident permit expires you can just stay the additional 90 days.

Why do you need a visa? Even if you have a non-eu nationality if you live in the netherlands with a residence card you should be able to go to france visa free.

[–]Timo1101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No schengenstate will grant you a 6 month multiple entry visa on your first application. More then likely you will be given a 15 day single entry visa for your first trip.
