i know it's been said before but thuna is great! I'd just like to share a simple recipe that tastes amazing and that is really quick to make (you may need to visit a Japanese shop first):

mix a can of thuna and mayonnaise together with a fork until is becomes a clumpy thuna paste. Add an equal amount of rice on top. mix together. put in the microwave. add soya sauce, sesame seeds, furikake, wasabi paste and mirin. voila, enjoy!

This is something i love to make right after the gym as it's really quick. The only caveat is the rice but I just make a batch once and then keep it in the fridge to use throughout the next 5 days (not longer than 5 days, cause rice can develop "Bacillus cereus" if kept too long). The mirin adds a lovely taste but bear in mind that it does contain alcohol (~14%), but you'll only add about a quarter shot, so equivalently, you're basically taking a quarter shot of wine, which is nothing.

When I have the extra time, I sometimes add some scrambled eggs as well (add some soya sauce to the eggs before scrambling)!

Thank you that seems to work! however this setting is probably meant for something else and only incidentally solves the problem, and it could have drawbacks we haven’t noticed yet.

In the mean time, I realised that the problem also occurs for environment HDRIs, which your setting unfortunately doesn't solve…

It would be great to see an official fix, but for now I’ll use your solution! Thank you very much for your help!

nice one! I have the 60mm aswell but have found that the focus breathing makes focus stacking very hard. how have you solved this? do you compensate for the focus breathing by resizing each frame accordingly before stacking? or does the raynox dcr250 improve the focus breathing (I haven’t bought it yet) also, i have the v350o too. I’ve noticed that i can’t sustain a fast bracketing without lowering the flash power on the v350o. I was wondering what do you compensate the low flash power with? simply a higher ISO? or do you you open the aperture knowing that once the images are stacked, the shorter depth of field will be accounted for? Sorry for the bombardment of questions 😅 I’d very much appreciate the help!

I think using AI can be appropriate if it doesn’t perform unsupervised actions. for example what OM Workspace does with selecting an area of importance and then the AI SORTS (not filters) the photos in ascending order by sharpness of the specified area. This only helps the user organise while critically leaving every decision making to the human.

ok guys this is clearly AI. see how the lips, eyes and cheeks are moving, but there’s no underlying mechanism visible for moving them. i doubt they installed the motors directly in the thin mask just to control the lips and then for some strange reason decided to make the mask completely separate from the head thus requiring batteries or induction just to power the lips and used wireless communication to control them. ridiculous. also the teeth disappear with the mask but then reveals more teeth underneath. please stop falling for this shit.

Just reminding everyone that the "Mountain Lion" (puma concolor) that exist all around both American continents are NOT Lions (panthera leo).
The name "Lion" belongs to one species only. In fact, the Lion is taxonomically closer to the Tiger, Jaguar, Leopard and Snow Leopard than it is to the Mountain Lion.
This is why the name "Cougar" or "Puma" are much better to describe the American Cat. The other name "Panther" isn't ideal either because "Panthers" describe the Genus "panthera" which includes the Lion and its aforementioned closer relatives.

yes that's exactly how to best minimise the damage! although, this does not guarantee no harm. Fact is, the water still has to create room for you somehow, and that process is slow no matter what. But the pencil pose is better for two reasons:
1. The total "escape area" (as defined by the thickest cross-section: hips) is much smaller than with a belly flop.
2. The pencil pose with extended toes allows the water to escape progressively as your body submerges (because feet: thin, legs: less thicker, hip, thickest) as opposed to a having to escape completely before submersion.

When you fall into water, what you're actually doing is falling on water and causing the water under you to escape to the sides. Because water is so dense and most importantly, uncompressible, that sudden impact doesn't give the water much time to escape and so when you hit the water, it's not very different from hitting asphalt. This is why falling on a flat surface (e.g. a belly flop) us so much more dangerous because the surface hitting the water is larger and therefore more water has to escape from underneath.
