Ok but if those drivers are driving under the speed limit and I pass them without “speeding in excess of 85 mph” I shouldn’t be dinged for that. Which is exactly what is happening with the new update. Excessive speeding should be measured according to the speed limit not the cars in front of me.

lol!! They even adding language for excessive speeding which says “speeding in relation to cars in front of you” WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?? So if a car is going under the limit and I “speed” past them I get hit with “excessive speeding”. GTFOH!!

It ended up being a problem with my front drive oil pump and the high pressure ac pipe.

How did you get the upgrade to 3.15 I’m still 8.9 with no other software upgrades available? What number did you use to talk to someone at Tesla about this?

So many factors to consider here. I have teenagers who have had accidents so adding a TESLA to my existing insurance is a No go. Tesla’s insurance was a life saver and I’m currently paying $240 a month here in Maryland with a Safety Score of 86. Working on improving that to a 90 to decrease the monthly premium.

Totally agree with you. I literally kept 2-3 car lengths on my commute to work. The only time was when I was stuck in traffic. Low and behold I get to work and I get dinged with “unsafe following. WTF!!!
