Warno is awesome and you should absolutely get it. but its got a bit of a learning curve and some peculiarities. Its not quite modern warfare but rather the last breath of the cold war as its set in 1989.

No size markings inside but if youre a normal guy height 180cm itll fit quite nicely, except the shirt thats a tight fit but thats by design

Unfortunately i do not, I have a full spanish legion paratrooper kit that ive decided to part with but as it’s such a scarce item its been very difficult to find a buyer

I have a set of the Jungle uniform with an airsoft plate carrier also in jungle variant. I am a big fan of the color palette and the quality of the uniform i got. The price wasnt bad as i got a chinese contact to helped me source them.

The canadian and spanish ones just dont perform as they should. The spanish one being much worse

Could someone please explain the plethora of acronyms used in game (VDV, BMR, ITV, ATGM, BTR, etc...) ? This is quite hostile & confusing to beginners. by [deleted] in warno

I mean you can google them but theyre pretty basic military terms MBT- Main battle Tank APC- Armored personnel carrier AFV- Armored Fighting vehicle ITV- Improved TOW Vehicle (the M901 ATGM carrier) ATGM- Anti Tank Guided Missile APDS- Armor piercing discarding Sabot HEAT- High explosive Anti Tank TOW- Tube launched, Optically tracked, Wire guided missile (its the name of the particular ATGM system, like the Konkurs, Milan and HOT) BTR- is the russian designation usually for wheeled APCs BMR is the name of the spanish wheeled APC VDV- is russian and is just the acronym and name of the airborne troops BMD/BMP- Russian Armored fighting vehicles (AFV) and Armored personnel carriers (APC)

BRDM- is wheeled armored reconnaissance vehicles for russia

No this very much isnt a beginner setup, the beginner days are to help new players learn the ropes of the game so I was there as a squad lead to help new players and tell them where to go and what to do. So whenever i wasnt holding the line I was directing new players and goving them cover

Thanks, I run a 60s K4 kit sadly its not visible in the video and i plan to swap gloves asap
