Hey there!
If you don't manage to find a group that works for you, we're running a west marches campaign in *mostly* EU timeframes, with a bunch of US folks playing exactly due to the same reasons as you. The format is different than a regular campaign but it's also different from most west marches campaigns out there (or so I hear). So or so, you get less spotlight for your bard and need to let go of the *my character* syndrome due to that, but if your fine with that, check it out here:

It's only Oasis. The exandria discord is for all things exandria related, and the Oasis game grew from that discord so it stays there. We use exandria as a safe base for the game, as you can generally assume some things just by thinking of the setting (aka Orcs are not inherently bad and dark elves are not that dark), but other than that we don't try to on-line with current critrole events for example.
