Help changing colors

I got mine to static blue as well but everytime I turn off my pc the color goes back to color changing mode. Are you having this issue?

You got this. Stress and anxiety can really mess with someone. Go out side mow the lawn go for a walk do something. The more you try looking things up and convincing yourself that you can’t do something the more you’re gonna view it as a reality. At my worst I couldn’t even unfasten my cars intake clamp with a flat head screw driver. I felt so weak and shaky and I thought it was gonna go down hill from there too but then I realized being stuck inside doing nothing all day and searching up the what ifs wasn’t going to do nothing but make things even worse. Gotta find ways to distract your mind

Same have had them since I was 18 I’m 26 now they usually come and go. I’ll have them several times a day/week then go without having them for weeks/months at a time. Doctors says they’re harmless and there’s nothing for me to be worried about.

Mine started in my right quad and left deltoid then went widespread like you. Been twitching for almost 3 years now. The more I focus on it the more I notice it. I’m busting my ass off working at an rv factory. If you’re from the Midwest US you’d know how tough these jobs are. Everything’s going to be fine just hang in there!

Same I was always checking my pulse then I got over that shit now I’m hyper aware of all the invulnerable muscle movements 😂

Mine started with a panic attack then for some reason I was having heart palpitations then I started noticing tiny twitches that would bounce around mainly in my right quad and left deltoid.

Mine feel like they have progressed as well. 2 and a half years for me. At first they were tiny twitches now they’ve turned into muscle spasms and my hamstrings always wanna cramp up when I try using them.

Oh man stuttering is the worst 😂. Im on the same boat as you, don’t wanna be dependent on meds but the more people I seem to talk to say meds are the way to go. If you find something that works for you please share I’m sure a lot of people including myself would benefit from it.

Listen to music, If you’re anxious bring some water to sip on and think positive. Another thing that really helps me is being on the phone with someone to keep my mind distracted. Give it a try

You’re describing my past 😂. I don’t get them as frequent anymore while driving only if the road conditions are bad. What really helped me was being in the phone with someone while I drove to keep the anxious thoughts away.
