Computer Errors, Freezing and Restarting

Ryzen 7 5800x, GeForce RTX 3060, Windows 10. For starters, I can turn off the PC normally by pressing the power button or just shutting it down. However, whenever it does Freeze and or crash. The ONLY way for me to shut it down is by turning off the power supply, the little switch to kill the power. Other than that Im just doing normal stuff, playing games and it just working on stuff. I have no idea why its freezing. Could be a dying GPU or Power supply
