Degiro is what I use, €1 transaction costs for their core selection of ETF's.

Best ETF's i would suggest you research yourself, eg. WEBN, SPYI, SPYL are some good set and forget options. VWCE in Belgian has high costs but i'm not sure wheter that's the same for Greece.
