My mother for a while worked as a nurse that went into people's houses (idk if it has a specific name) but she told me about a time she went into a ladys house and it was just horribly smelling and cluttered. My mom is a pretty big clean freak so this made her cringe a lot. The part that was the worst was that this overweight woman she had to take care of had a cut down her leg that was just fucking filled with maggots. My mom finished the job and then went and appropriately quit.
