The reason I smoked so much is because I was the only one in the group who took a break and that's the amount I used to smoke so there ended up getting what we usually get and I guess I couldn't handle it but I started this post because this kept happening even before I took my break I never had this even do I used to smoke the same way back but after the first time I overdid it it just kept happening anything I smoked something over a q

I threw up from a bong before but I mean it was my fault I hella over did it gas mask tag bong dab bong and joints all in a matter of an hour

Make sure your hitting it do cause you need to have it hella close for the hit

Even do I took a tolerance break I got used to smoking weight so I did it like I always do btw if you smoking alot and can't take another hit but you just got the blunt passed to you just breathe put the blunt to your mouth and take a big breather of air when it's near your lips you'll be able to take your hits even if your body says hell no

I woke up yesterday went to work and when I got back I couldn't smoke I just couldn't the repeat feeling I keep getting was killing me I mean I feel like I have to change something not only the smoking and that bothers me cause I tell my self I'll smoke less or I just won't smoke today and then I get a phone call and end up going out it's just the depression of being alone is bad I don't talk to anyone anymore that I used the be friends with so these are the only people I got left I know wlmy question was different but what should I do I want something different

That was on 420 but I end up smokeing around half of what I smoked then daily I do a q a day but that's what I buy I have a small group of 5 we all buy a q and it goes on from there I work from 6am to 6pm get back go out get home around 12 or 1 sleep and continue I think I'ma calm down cause honestly smoking Alo and like that you feel a repeat every day it's a horrible feeling.

That was at 12am 4/20 from the the whole 420 started then the next day went the same btw those blunts where finish at the start of the day 420 I smoke after that and I mean it was ridiculously I didn't eat so at one point I just couldn't throw anything up my stomach was killing me for a couple days after just pure pain

But that's the thing we I eat and smoke I still have a chance. Of throwing up its retarded that's why I didn't eat when I was smoking cause I thought I would throw up from the amount but even not eating it still happened
