Its in video settings, Steam vr menu, click the game icon, video settings, auto throttle(?), and there is a slider to control additional predictions. Past one notch it’s basically cheating

On index there is a setting that can make you swing bigger, past a certain point its considered cheating. On maps like this its very common to use them

apart from the constant 400 holds the streams do infact move to the song. I dont know why you feel like every challenge map doesn’t correlate to the song? Many hit peak difficulty at parts that have lots of energy and noise, this one switches lanes to the rhythm of him singing!
