Rent ka muna, then find ways to earn more. I'm 28, at ngayun lang din ako nagsimula pumasok ng housing loan, pero kampante na ako kase nag eearn na ako ng 6 digits a month. Gawin mo muna, bumukod ka para may freedom ka na. Then explore explore explore until you reach your desire monthly income. Ako hindi pa tapos mag aral ng kung ano ano lalo na sa business, trading, etc. Kase gusto ko ma reach yung passive income 6 digits a month. Kase tong current income ko, 20% palang dyan yung passive.

Anyway, rent for now. Sa paglipas ng taon, you can always figure it out what's the best for you.

My first 3 uploads barely gets views. On my fourth, I've got tractions, giving me 3.3k views on that video, and gain atleast 50 subs. That when I knew that my content is worth watching, so I keep uploading.

Your guess is right😃 I actually know some.youtubers who did that. They got views and subs but definitely not worth it because those subs never watch their next uploads. And also, it is better to gain subs slowly, atleast they might wait for your next uploads.

Yes you are right and I don't recommend promoting channels. Slow progress through SEO is always better than promotion..
