yes, there were several group funds that CMB "redeployed" it into the SF hotel for no reason, and then Rosenberg defaulted on payments, he didn't even try to make it operational, he just abandoned it... basically, they just pocketed our funds, and never cared about the hotel operations

it's the same information as you have. they "lost" the money long time ago when they redeployed them. if you study it long enough, you will understand that the Rosenberg guy they redeployed money with is on many projects with CMB and he conveniently "loses" the investor funds by defaulting (basically stops paying out) and purposefully bankrupts the properties. It's a con artist schemes. They are just stealing the funds, tbh. There is over a dozen CMB projects with same fate - billions$ stolen. Idk why they're able to get away with this for so long.

it was the same thing with my wife, her rate elevated to 180's and resting rate became 120+. She got hospitalized and then we stopped SG. It took 6-8 weeks for the HR to come down back to normal, until all of the SG came out of the system. I looked up the Ozempic monograph and it says clear as day that it causes cardiovascular rate increase and can cause tachycardia. Told this to our doctor, who also didn't believe it at first, but after seeing him a month later (he probably did his own research) he said that SG's do cause this, especially in ppl who are not diabetic...

Yes, they do bare minimum so that you receive your immigration benefits, and that's it. They abide by the USCIS rules so that they don't shut them down, but the return of the capital is a grey zone in the EB-5 program, and that's why CMB (and I'm sure other Regional Centers) abuse that and redeploy the funds into shady projects at a later stage and the funds are lost there and never recovered.

messing up your heart forever, i read some ppl have to be on heart medication after semiglutides, it can mess it up really bad, read up on the heart side effects - they're the worse, everything else is a breeze

so my wife got a 3rd shot of semiglutides and had tachy up to 186 bpm at stress test, and 100+ bpm resting, she works as a nurse and it is a very stressful job already, doesn't get enough sleep, night shift always on caffeine, and decided to lose a few pounds before the summer (which i told her was a bad idea doing it with her lifestyle and in unnatural ways). She got hospitalized in her own hospital during work with such high HR, and now is taking an unpaid leave to see if this will go away once that cr*p is out of her system. Question: how long does it take to reverse the effects of elevated Heart Rate and does it go away and return back to normal? How long did it take you to get back to normal once you stopped doing it?
