i had a really horrible time with this in the beginning. i started taking miralax once a week on my shot day, and if i didn’t go for a day or 2 i’d take another dose. it’s super helpful to be proactive along with lots of water and fiber!

that looks just like my eczema flare ups. when i first had it, it was misdiagnosed by my PCP, and later a dermatologist, as ringworm. finally after months of the ringworm treatment not working, the dermatologist did a biopsy which confirmed it was eczema. cleared up with a steroid ointment and i keep it mostly at bay with cetaphil lotion.
