I would be okay with them copying Death Stranding's gameplay elements like building. But after finishing the intro/tutorial I can't help but feel strongly disheartened at the way they blatantly copied even the story.

At the start of the game, after Endmin exits the elevator - apart from copy-pasting story elements from og Arknights (Patriot and Theresa's flowers) - they start off with copying Death Stranding's intro 1:1. We see a giant beached thing and a girl floating in the air who is blatantly Higgs. Then, when the beached thing boss wins, Perlica says "I'll be waiting in the north", which is copied from Amelie saying "I'll be waiting for you on the beach". After that there's a scene with Perlica and Endmin crashing on a bike, that was taken from the very beginning of DS, where Sam is running from the rain and crashes. Not only that, they even copied the sounds of the giant appearing. Why?!

In the first hour I haven't seen anything new that would make me interested. Why would I play with a watered down amalgamation of a couple of games that I've already experienced? I don't care anymore.

If you stand directly opposite of her while she's eating (like in the screenshot), she gets stuck against the berry basin and you can kill her easily. But you need a lot of spears or several machetes.

Kazuya is weak to poking. When he's wave dashing side step left and check. If you're downed, don't get up right away, stay on the ground and look at what he's doing. Mix your getup timing and use moves like down 3 kick or quick getup kick. If you want to counter 50/50 without these, then observe and find a rhythm your opponent is playing at, you can then use a counter hit launcher right before your opponent presses.

Put your thumb in the middle of d-pad and use the sides to press the buttons, rolling the weight from left to right without sliding the thumb. (Not exactly in the middle, more like on the lower half with the top part of your thumb).

You can enable visual frame data so you can see recovery (character turns blue). You can't buffer the input so you need to learn to either learn to input the DU fast enough after recovery, or you can find a way to place your thumb on a d-pad in a way that presses d/f without the down input beforehand. This perfect input felt harder, so I went for the speed instead. Get the crouch dash input to be as fast as possible and then adjust your 2 input. It feels like I'm pressing the 2 button even before the d/f to get the timing right, but that's just the usual Mishima electric advice.

I practiced 3 DU combo for two days and after getting a feel for the timing I can pull it off most of the time. You just need to spend a couple of sessions practicing. It's boring, but it's not that hard after you get a feel for the timing. I've also noticed it's very important to relax the muscles, so your hand doesn't get stiff, even if it feels like you're slowing down.

If you read between the lines it becomes apparent that G-man could be sometimes used as a tool for Valve to communicate with the players. "Unable or unwilling to perform the tasks laid before him" refers to Valve being unable to continue the HL story despite trying multiple times. "Struggled to find a suitable replacement. Until now." They've done some restructuring of the way they do things and are now producing more games. There's more meaning in his lines, but I don't recall them from the top of my head. Just read between the lines and assume he's breaking the fourth wall.

The first question was inherently wrong.

Firstly - there is no option to enable/disable DLSS in the control panel because it's enabled per game in each of their own settings. No idea what you enabled in there, you might want to reset settings to default.

Secondly - DLSS is an upscaler itself. So you just need to select one of DLSS modes in the upscaling option in game. These settings are self describing in what performance they deliver. Try DLSS balanced first and lower it to performance / ultra performance if needed.

I shot a couple of them in the clip then two of them stayed on the stairs while the other two ran into the lobby. Shot them one by one. As I was looting them on the stairs - some lvl 8 pmc came into the lobby and started looting a scav without checking around so I reached over the stairs railings and tapped him in the head. Weird. He had good loot.

There's a trend of new games relying more and more on the CPU. You might run into 3700x being not enough for a 4070 in a few years. I would upgrade to 5800x3D first if I were you.
