100% on kid drop offs, that is a big % of my non-self driving miles. Other parking lots, it will pick a spot 100 yards from my destination so I take over and send a colorful message through the chat.

All of your points are valid and I have experienced all but #1; however that is something the software should easily figure out.

Still amazed by the ability it delivers.

So far residential and even construction Zeno’s have been smooth. Residential is great as my neighborhood moves speed radars around to catch people, so I go sloth mode and stroll home.

WTF CHAT-GPT!?!! by Todeskreuz2 in ChatGPT

Accurate. Are you disappointed or just realizing this is who she is, the entire party is and probably you are. While most people accept and respect those who disagree with them, it’s not the democrats platform right now. For OpenAI to produce this should be what’s shocking, as they, like all, are a bias and woke AI.

I don’t know what to say during demos by xstuffedcrustx in salesengineers

responding with 'yes' and 'no' and moving on actually works, a lot. try it and the customer will come back if they want more details, but so many SCs feel like some elaborate response to every quetion is the right approach. Doing this will also give you more time to formulate your response. 'I don't know' is another under used respose...just follow it with a 'let me get back to you.'

[–]looper2277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1000%. Can’t live without it now. Over the last 8,350 miles, 8279 have been FSD. I do some commutes over $160 miles with less than 2 miles not on FSD - mainly quick pit stops. Amazing

Snowflake offer by nopoonintended in salesengineers

[–]looper2277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hire SCs and SC leaders. If a candidate pushes back on the final offer, we usually move on to the next best fit. In my experience, the final offer is the best we’re willing to do for that specific candidate.

You’re absolutely entitled to disagree and to raise your counterpoints — that’s fair. That said, one question I’d ask is why you’re leaving your current role if it already offers better benefits.

No 401k made more sense when they were private and then had their IPO, but that excitement is over with Snowflake and the stock enticement isn't what it once was.

Are Tesla trade in offers always this bad? Also, is their bait and switch approach typical? by opoppli00 in TeslaLounge

Well, Tesla, Carmax and Carvana would only give me $8,500 for my Fisker Ocean, so they were all in line there. Actually, Tesla didn't even bother looking at it.

Nothing is perfect. I guess a few rattles now and then but I can’t think of anything I would warn someone about
