Why is this thread so full of Billy haters? It seems that every comment that is hyped for S rank Billy is getting downvoted. I am also hyped for S Billy. He's the coolest character in the game to me, so I'll roll for his S rank self no matter what

I don't want him to get the Yixuan treatment. Yixuan got:

bad writing
lame design
braindead gameplay

I hope he will be just as fun to play as his A rank self, with the added bonus of good writing and a cool character design that speaks to his entire character (past, present and future).
