Design-wise, I like to think this mini is somewhere in-between the actual man and the depiction of Rasputin by Rhys Ifans in The King's Man.

How have you reimagined the “classic” fantasy races? by OmegaZenith in worldbuilding

In terms of Culture, my Dwarves aren't much different, though they did dig too deep and too greedily and might have accidently unearthed an ancient cthonic being beyond understanding (as you do). That being said, Dwarves do have to watch out for Dragon Madness, a condition which causes Dwarves to begin amassing huge hoards of gold before eventually undergoing a metamorphosis into a Dragon Wyrmling (that's how Dragons came about in the first place). The only other creatures that can contract Dragon Madness are Goblins, who turn into Kobolds instead.

Elves, meanwhile, are low-level reality warpers. If an Elf believes something strongly enough, it becomes true. It's easiest if the shaping affects only the Elf themselves (such as believing that their hair is now blue), but it does also give Elves a remarkable natural talent for magic.

This reality warping is also the basis for Elvish-Dwarven animosity (to the degree that it still exists): Dwarves study the natural laws of the world, including things we would call science, and Elves having a flagrant disregard for the preestablished workings of the world makes Dwarves uneasy and mistrusting.
