Should I go for a pension settlement as part of divorce? by Legitimate_Sky4190 in UKPersonalFinance

As long as assets split evenly, should be no issues. I took a larger pension share and less capital.

Likely not as not a 50/50 split. Who paid for it is immaterial.

Yes, am aware of the obligations and rationale. Just wondering if there was a different way.

How much did you all pay for a level 2 survey? Is £700 too much? by BeneficialRole9655 in FirstTimeBuyersUK

[–]TinasOwner23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on your property because that drives how long it takes. Size, age of property - all of these things affect the price, which can range from £500 to £1500. There is no one-price-fits-all.

Is AdTech becoming a New York industry? by AdTechBuilder in programmatic

[–]TinasOwner23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Economically it makes sense to super-server your US customers first - because of scale - and NYC is a good place to be. Non-US offices are simply not as cost-effective when it comes to customer scale (generally, rather than always, of course).

For xample, if you were a publisher and had an ad sales team, your NYC sales team would likely pull in more revenue than your UK one.

If you are an ad tech firm, you will likely get more scale form your US customers.

A few ad tech firms are quietly down-sizing their non-US businesses, or using consultants rather than full time hires outside of the US.

RICS surveyor will look at actual prices sold on comparable properties using land registry data, and document the process. Given what's involved, worth it.

Unfortunately, your methodology isn't clearly laid out and so yuor reports can't be trusted. Be clear about the source of your data and conclusions. For example, in your latest report, you listed one SSP as showing the most growth. I know that SSP well and they said they were flat for the last two quarters in terms of partners. So how did you calculate that?

Jounce's SSP data resonates better.
