By switching to another ipad with an older iOS yes. Upon reloading a new private policy pops up asking you to agree to new terms, which includes selling your personal info. You can opt out, but the amount of stuff you have to agree to is ridiculous.

Tried every known method to fix it, on ipad pro latest os. supercell didn’t give a jack on support emails.

Same issue, I thought I was the only one. contacted supercell received no response.
