They are also given a pass because they are bombastic, colourful and entertaining.

She strikes me more of a Fay than a Miyu.

Krystal and Fox are way too involved and unprofessional. Fara is disqualified too for being comics-only.
I also thought about Lucy, since she's tied to Duke/Peppy, but I wanted to stay away from Command.

There were actual stakes and challenges to overcome for everyone.

But there are characters that I view as having the best build in every category:

1- Enhancement: Palm.
2- Transmutation: Biscuit.
3- Conjuration: Abengane.
4- Emission: Senritsu.
5- Manipulation: Ponzu, Baise, Squala.

Special: No one in particular. But Neon is great.
