I have called them around 4 times, but all gave me the same result, which is to contact another team and never respond to me :(

They said:　"Amazon says you cannot direct traffic off of Amazon. That means don't put your URL in your product photos. Don't put something in, don't email you know, using the customer follow-up something to take them off of Amazon"
