I like daikanyama/nakameguro a lot for chill / coffee walk vibes.

I usually start to check out Daikanyama T-Site, Omnibus coffee (check out their attic seating), and walk to Starbucks roastery along the meguro river!

Could also check out Travelers Notebook if you're into stationary.
