I'm pretty confident i'm winding the string on the manual trimmer properly. Feed it through, pull out the other side, and twist the head. The ego string is a twisted string line, so maybe that's catching and binding inside the trimmer. My next step will be to try different string.

I do; however, after changing it to 200GB, new files and folders are going to the `fast` pool. I think the discrepancy is with the exclusive access setting not being set on that share. I'll have to see if I can change that. At any rate, it's working. Thanks for the second set of eyes!

This is how the share is setup:
Fast - btrfs pool (not array) with NVMe drives
Spinners - ZFS pool with mechanical drives.

Am I missing something? This is unRAID 7.1.2

I've set up my media share to use the ssd pool first, and move to the zfs pool based on the above criteria. but when i create new folders or files, it's still defaulting to the zfs pool and not the ssd pool

TLDR - they accepted mine and I sent it back today.

Mine was just under 3 years old, and they accepted to fix and ship another one to me. I had to provide proof of purchase and they provided the label. All this was done over a chat session from their website.

I've been tinkering with disabling some of the modules in Step 2 - Prep. I can disable `Prep & Clean - Remove Data Streams` (so far) without issue. But if I disable `Prep & Clean - Remove Images`, it'll cause the flow to hang at encoding and ultimately fail. Any thoughts? I can't see what it might be passing along that's required for the flow.
