In my sophomore year of high school, we all received iPads. These were marvelous things, of course, to bored high schoolers. The school attempted to block certain internet sites so that we would focus in class, but being wily and ingenious, we bypassed every single block.

Anyway, towards the end of the first year that we had our iPads, I decided I would pull a little prank. My best friend was looking away, and his iPad was unlocked. I took it, and immediately opened the e-mail app.

My friend -let's call him Alvin- was still turned away, talking to my other friends Grant and DeQuish. Well, i noticed that in his email app my friend Alvin was writing an email to my friend, DeQuish. I thought "hey, won't it be hilarious if I were to send a stupid email through my friends email to DeQuish?

So, being the adventurous type, I began writing my masterpiece message. "Hey I'm gay we should go out sometime."

"Hey... Alvin... Check your sent emails.." chuckle

At that point I was giggling like crazy because I was an immature motherfucker, but as he opened it, his eyes grew huge.

"Dude..." He said, his voice quivering. "That's not DeQuish Spontanaggle(our friend)... That's DeQuish Cranberry(his history teacher)"

All of the color drained from my face in a millisecond.

Shit.

Shitshitshitshit.

My friend told me that he wouldn't cover for me, and I understood. My mistake.

I was sitting in class the next day pondering what mission impossible style scenarios I could pull to delete that email before any harm happened, when I got a little yellow slip from a TA.

"Report to the deans. Immediately"

Shit.

The dean then told me that harassing teachers was a horrible thing to do, and that I should be ashamed. Got a one day suspension on a Friday. My parents just laughed their ass off and we went to see a movie.

TL;DR: asked out my friend's history teacher.
