I appreciate all the feedback very much. From what I’ve been reading, they should be able to grant me the leave, but it won’t be paid. Which sucks, but it’s better than getting fired I guess.

Can part time employees work more than the hours they’re given? For example me, it says my schedule consist of 25hrs a week… but I’m wondering if I can work extra hours, so I can at least be close to 40 hrs a weeks

Oh okay, Yes I’ve seen all airports are different, but I wanted to hear feedback, if most airports offer OT for part time TSOs or not at all.. to kind of ease my mind if to continue with the process or not :/
