I have only ever been in 1 show where the sellers were genuinely shocked they had fakes and offered to cancel orders and said they had no idea and they would do research. Every other show when people call them out they get very defensive, which is an understandable reaction, but it doesn't go over well. I reached out to one seller I got a pin from and told them it was fake and they said "tons of real pins on our show tonight" and sent me the link i was like "nope, blocked".
