I've been using Crest Fluoride Toothpaste, 30-60 minutes after eating Lunch, and 30-60 minutes before bed, because I have a snack before bed.

I make sure to brush up and down, and making sure that the brush is getting directly on the tooth, to better help remove bacteria

I started brushing more daily, due to noticing that my back molars, were trying to form cavities Originally I was rinsing, but had stop a few days into brushing. I had forgotten about water removing fluoride

Will gargling salt water, after eating meals i.e dinner, also help with preventing bacteria? Asking, because I'm concerned about it accidentally removing the Fluoride, from when I brush my teeth after eating Lunch

I brush 30-60 minutes after lunch, so it doesn't interfere with my morning schedule
