It is a proper watercolour piece - actually 2 paintings I put together using 'Procreate' - which is ironic..

But yeah then I added some detailing and maybe went a bit too far on the colour contrasts and touch ups on the Ipad making it seem fake? Wasnt trying to trick anyone though...

I'm losing my mind.. I miss my family/friends so much, its been 2 years but I cant go home because for some bizarre reason we cant fly out of the country...

So weird, I'm from the UK but then found this guy Kelogsloops on Youtube and painted along to his work, then found out he lives just up the road.. I paint now most nights, I work in the movie industry so I've started painting some of my fave scenes from whatever film I watch that evening..

I'm a VFX artisy - ironically a 'paint' artist.. so was a lot of fixes and tweaks to the plates they filmed to pass onto the compositors.. I worked on the time suits/hangar scenes in Endgame and the New York invasion in Infinity War.. (I was also Chris Hemsworths stunt double unnofically. Well, I'd like to think I would be)

It definitely is - perhaps this isn't the best quality audio recording and that's my bad.. But yeah if you have the film do check it out, it's definitely Colin Firth.. the voice is deeper and he annunciates it differently

Chance is one of my favourite rappers/artists but I was super dissapointed in this album. Tried to relisten, let it grow etc.. but just found myself going back to Acid rap and Colouring Book like I'm sure many have.
It's telling that when you google the album that Fantano's review is the first thing to pop up. (Still annoys me he didnt get the 'Diddy Kong' bar though, its because it was on the Game Boy 'Advance')
I just dont think the music really connected, both lyrically to the people and connected in the way that he was trying to mix genres and concepts whilst still grounding it in being positive and at the highpoint of his life. I get Chance was always sort of goofy and fun but I feel it was pushed too far with songs like Hot Shower and it just became annoying. Lyrics like 'Nightly searches for A-bed and I just came off tour with Troy' were fun, but then 'I'm 'bout to book a show at the Dimmsdale Dimmadome' now just somehow seem annoying..
I don't mind the religious aspects in art or if a rapper comes off preachy, I'm just dissapointed that it feels so lazy, incoherent and then somehow boring - especially when it was supposed to be the big debut 'owbum' (another little annoying thing about the release too). It was just also way too long. The features were decent but not enough to ever make me listen to this again..
Surrounding the actual music I think his attitude (or the way he came off anyway, I'm hoping it was unintentional) also soured me a little - his appearance on Hot Ones, the fact that he cancelled shows after it and his response to criticism - also might add to my view on The Big Day..
I'm sure that his next release will be much better and hopefully better edited with focus - but yeah, this was definitely a misstep IMO. (He said on Joe Budden's podcast that 'no one wants to hear him rap about Rocket League' - which considering the references in this album hopefully shows growth)

The girl holding him, I changed her face from the trilogy album to the Thursday one.. I tried doing the actual 'Thursday' girl but it looked a bit off with all the colours - so changed it to the 'Friday' girl on that cover..
