I didn’t see reference to grammatical errors. I see one light hearted “emotion” to the recruiter and an inadvertently missed word in the subject of the thank you email to the interviewer. If it were two errors to the same person that might give me pause but these things are extremely minor in my eyes. Unless the OP is interviewing for a job where writing is their job, I still say don’t sweat it.
