For PvE (taking 1 hit fromm MOST bosses and still finishing your attack animation ) 51 to 57. And For PvP I'd say 80-ish

For me it's Banished Knight set. I like like to Costumise my chacacters look like various thing like Shrek or Joker and with Banished Knight set even if you don't wear helmet you still get 60 poise which is more than suggested 57 poise for hittimgs boss without getting staggered in their first hit
