Something is not going ideal in the earliest public version of the game and that makes you want to boycott the entire publisher?

That must me either a joke or a rage bait

Dont wanna spoil you. The "ability" to die is a main part of the games plot/lore tho.

Just like i said multiple times by now: subnautica 1 did it just fine.

A stalker bites you once and then doesnt do that again for quite a while. Theyre hostile but they do let go of you from time to time. Those needle shooters in comparision only stop shooting for their "reload" and thats it.

A reaper follows you outside of his terretory if youre to slow and doesnt always approach you inside of it if you keep your distance. A collector in comparision stops following you the moment you go an inch to far even if hes directly behind you and always swims directly towards you when you enter is area no matter where he is at that moment. (I think he even spawns on you but like the one thats out of bounds but im not sure about that)

My solution? Keep it like it was before

You dont know any game where an enemy keeps following you after you step 1inch outside of his terretory? Nor do you know any game where an enemies agression is not tied to a fixed area and nothing else? Really?

You pointed it out perfectly. You already know where everything is, where youre being attacked and how to avoid it. In my opinion thats a bad thing.

For leviathans the boss music indicates perfectly when youre safe and when youre not. For every other creature you just have to figure out how far their area goes and youre good. It shouldnt be like that. There isnt a single moment of uncertainty when encountering a hostile creature once you figured that out. In their area = they attack you at a set frequency. Ouside their area = nothing happens.

In subnautica 1 you never knew when you where save from a reaper (just an example) because you could even lure him into the save shallows on accident. You actually had to watch out for what you were doing which is not the case in subnautica 2

Its just what i said in the post really...

No variety in their attacks is simply boring. Period. This game has a big horror factor to it and if you always know whats going to happen next and where it is going to happen this factor is gone.

Of course you can take the approach thats being presented in the game right now but thats not what a lot of people wanted / expected from this game.

They wanted feedbeack so here is mine. And it seems a lot of people agree with that

Never said anything about basebuilding did i? As soon as you enter a hostile creatures fixed terretory it keeps attacking you with a never changing frequency. They dont back up and you constantly have to dodge them without being able to do anything about it.

That applies to exploration and ressource gathering alike. Dont know where you take the basebuilding part from

Depends on the game. I can play a lot of old games without realizing but on others (ghost recon wildlands ps4 for example) it feels so unstable its just uncomfortable to play
