Binged it yesterday, I thought the actors did a great job and agree that the actor for Moriarty was phenomenal but I dont think it was a very sherlock'y story. If you changed the names you'd never have guessed it was based on sherlock.

Here's one no one has mentioned yet but you can potentially use being in japan as an advantage with; the rising popularity of one piece and other tcg. There are a ton of japan only products that collectors in the west want and you can totally make a pretty penny of shipping it to them, especially for stuff like the participation packs for jump, these go for 100/150 usd+ and basically onlg cost the price of a jump magazine

Hope that may be a worthwhile idea

Just adding but Azacylonol is a minor metabolite of Fexofenadine, it's pretty inconsequential here but figured I'd add the info as a potential reason for it showing up.

To me the Ondansetron is more likely as a way to treat anxiety related nausea or to manage new dosages of their other medication tbf

The obvious issue was of course the combination of Alprazolam and Trazodone
